Body Scanning Imaging
« on: May 26, 2009, 02:41:00 PM »
Not sure if this has been posted yet or not but I found it pretty shocking that this technology exists and is becoming more commonplace.  So not only do we have to take off our shoes at airports these days but we better be ready to take off all of our clothes (virtually at least, though no less invasive if you ask me).  I'm all for security, and I don't mind inconvenience if it means being assured of safe travel.  But does that mean I want a digital image of my naked body out there somewhere on some computer, which we all know is not safe, regardless of what TSA might want us to think?  No.  Absolutely not.  I don't have any ambitions for Playboy status.  This is unfortunate to say the least and I hope it gets overturned.
