nope, they're not human. however, in1868 the courts ruled that a corporation is a "natural person" under the rights of the constitution and should receive the same benefits under the bill of rights.


so, what we have is a "non human" entity granted all the rights of natural person... without the conscience, morals, or ethics that "natural people" have in order to function within a society. what a fucking pandoras box that is, eh?


a documentary that you may find interesting is The Corporation (http://www.thecorporation.com/) in which a number of head shrinks analyze corporations as if they were people... diagnosis: if corporations actually were people, they'd be psychopaths.

Yes, in the eyes of the law a corporation is a person.


A corporation can own an automobile, have insurance, pay taxes, commit fraud, be sued, file a lawsuit, etc.


I'm surprised a corp is not allowed to occupy a seat in a car and have access to the commuter lane yet...
